These terms govern OneNivaas guest and host accounts, bookings, payments, cancellations, and hosting services. Additional property-specific policies are shown before a booking is paid.
Your account
Provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and notify us if you suspect unauthorized access. Guest and host accounts are separate, even when they use the same email address or Google identity.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, impersonate another person, interfere with security controls, access another account, or use OneNivaas for unlawful or harmful activity.
Google Maps features are also subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service.
Availability and changes
We may change or temporarily suspend features to protect users, maintain the service, or comply with law. We will provide reasonable notice when a change materially affects your use of OneNivaas.
