Effective 14 August 2026
OneNivaas uses the information you provide to create, secure, and operate your guest or host account.
Information we collect
Account information includes your name, email address, mobile number, encrypted password, account status, and security-session information.
When you continue with Google, we receive your verified email address, name, Google account identifier, and profile image URL. We do not store Google access or refresh tokens.
Host listings include the property's verification address and precise latitude and longitude. If a host chooses “Use current location,” the browser asks for permission before sharing the device location. Guests receive the precise coordinates only when the host enables exact-location sharing; otherwise, OneNivaas sends rounded coordinates for an approximate area.
How we use information
We use account information to authenticate you, recover access, protect the service, support bookings or hosting activity, and investigate security or reliability problems.
Your choices
You may use email and password instead of Google. To request access, correction, or deletion, contact privacy@onenivaas.com.
